Robinson is in the middle of the Prairie Pot Hole Region. Everyone knows Kidder County is a hunters dream in the middle of the Central Flyway. Did you know we have great upland bird hunting also? Each year I have more grouse hunters discover Kidder County has a great Grouse and Hungarian Partridge population with very little hunting pressure. Check out my photos of recent hunts. Did you know the fishing is amazing here? The space The Greenhead Lodge is a very clean. Often hunters who stay at the Greenhead Lodge, share with me share stories of moldy, musty, bug and mouse infested housing. I am very proud of how clean I keep my housing and my goal is to impress you with its cleanliness. The sheets, pillows and bedding is new and very comfortable. Guest access The famous Carol Steiken no longer runs Carols Kitchen (Cafe). In 2024 the cafe will be run by a woman named Tina. Cafe hours will be from 10am - 2PM. Carol has taught Tina how to make her famous Knephla Soup and should be available upon request. Other things to note In 2024, Hanson's Bar is open sporadically. The only guarantee of the bar being open is to ask Bill Bender to open it for your group. Bill has the bar open most of October during the Waterfowl season. Hanson's Bar is an institution in Robinson. Started in 1936, Hanson's bar is the oldest/continuously operated bar in ND. For 2 years the bar owned the words, . Go check it out.
