Lilliput is an imaginatively converted detached farm building, it has a secluded, peaceful location on the Trehill estate by the outdoor pool. The Trehill estate covers 4.5 acres & includes fishing ponds, games room. Lilliput also has its own hot tub (see guest access for prices). There is a main king bedroom, twin bedroom (both en-suite) and good-sized lounge with well equipped kitchen and a lovely sunny conservatory leading out to the patio & hot tub. Gas central heating keeps it warm too The space The cottage is perfect for couples seeking a bit of extra space, or families that recognise the value of effectively having 2 lounge areas! The 4.5acres of grounds are shared with the other 6 cottages on the estate. They feature -2 fishing ponds with carp weighing up to 17lbs - Games room with table tennis, table football , pool & air hockey. - Childrens' play areas & plenty of space to kick around a football - Outdoor pool (shared) just a few metres away Guest access Hot tub - there is an extra charge of £50 per week or £40 per short break for the hot tub. This can be paid in advance There is no charge for fishing, although you will need to bring your own rods. Owing to severe staff allergies we are unable to accept bookings from guests with dogs or other furry animals. We hope you will respect this request. Other things to note Fishing – please feel free to fish. You should bring your own gear and never leave equipment unattended. Remote/alarm fishing is not allowed. No keep nets. 1 rod per person. No boilies. You must bring your own gear as we do not supply fishing equipment. No pets - This cottage does not accept pets and no exceptions can be made. Essentials - we provide all listed "essentials" apart from cooking oil. You should find on arrival a pint of milk in the fridge. Tea, sugar, a packet of biscuits, washing up liquid & dishwasher tabs.
