On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and three with twin beds. There is also a WC/bathroom and a WC/shower. The spacious, modern living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area are perfect for enjoying your meals. All bedrooms have private balconies. On the first floor, you’ll find a double bed, a sofa, and another balcony. The 11th guest can be comfortably accommodated on a camp bed. Taking full advantage of its position and views, the villa boasts spacious terraces, lavishly equipped for outdoor living. The outdoor area includes a generous lounge, a shaded dining area, and an inviting swimming pool. Four acres of land offer you complete privacy and plenty of space for relaxation. Enjoy the sun by the pool, or host the ultimate outdoor gathering at the BBQ area. Guest access All guests have full access to the property ! Other things to note Nostos Villa is only a few kilometers from the sea, just outside the village of Prinos and 3 km from Skaleta village, where you’ll find everything you need, including groceries and traditional restaurants.
