The space Giasemi Villa has 1 room with double bed, private bathroom & shower, 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, 1 large bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and one WC. In the living room there is a fireplace and a satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (with freezer, fridge, oven and coffeemaker). Furthermore, towels and bed linen are provided. You can find air conditioning and central heating in all rooms, as well as a safe box. Parking space for one car is also provided. In the garden of the villa there is a beautiful rose garden! You can enjoy swimming and relaxing at the beach, directly 50 meters from the villa. Around the villa, 100 meters away, you can find a shopping center, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs! If you would like additional cleaning, please let us know and we can arrange a cleaner for a private arrangement at a reasonable price according to your needs. Please note during the winter months we have special monthly rates where the electricity is measured according to usage and charged separately, as each person's needs vary greatly.
