Entire Townhouse We have a 24 hour lock out service and emergency after hours phone line. -Pets allowed on a case by case basis. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $155 that is not included. You must let us know if you are bringing a pet so the rate can be adjusted accordingly. -Pool is seasonal and not heated. It is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. We are not responsible for any pool maintenance or unexpected closures for any reason. We offer no reimbursement if the pool is closed as we have no control.
