Sherwood Bungalow 3 Bedroom Entire Property

We have this Beautiful Bungalow set 20m adjacent to our family home on our acre of private land, securely gated and set in rural Lincolnshire farmland. We are a 20 min drive from Skegness Beach and have a main co-op and chip shop two miles from the home. The Bungalow shares access with our family home via a large private car park which can hold 10 cars. The Bungalow has a Communal sun lounge area approx 4msq which is shared with Sherwood Studio Annexe. 2 sets of patio furniture. The space We live in the main house and our Private garden is on the opposite side of the house so doesn't cause any inconvenience to staying guests, We do have an equestrian area at the rear of the property with 3 horses that may be heard or seen in the side paddocks, we have very well behaved and polite young children that do have access to the grounds but have strict instructions not to access the Bungalow allocated areas. We also have two very friendly dogs but again they will not have access to the Bungalow areas.
