On the opposite side of the street there is a small garden for exclusive use, as well as a covered parking space The space On the first floor is the living room with a cozy farmhouse parlor, dining area, tiled stove and TV. Opposite is a bedroom for 2 people, as well as at the end of the corridor a small extra toilet with sink. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, etc. is also on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one of the double bedrooms, there is also a pull-out sofa bed for two people. There is also a room with bunk bed upstairs as well as a desk, and a newly renovated bathroom with extra bathtub, shower and toilet. A separate toilet with sink is also located on the second floor.
