The exclusive and tastefully furnished vacation home is located in the Bavarian village and rural idyll of Achmühle, south of Munich. It was built in 2015 and has a secluded green outdoor area. The location is ideal for excursions and leisure activities of all kinds. The house is suitable for private and business stays. Pets are allowed against extra costs The space The Achmühle vacation home is located in the Loisach Valley in an absolutely quiet location. On the 160 sqm living space of the semi-detached house you will find a modern light-flooded living area with cozy seating area, fireplace and swiveling TV, a dining area with elegant natural wood table and a white kitchenette with black granite cooking block. There are four bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (two of which can be separated into single beds) and two bathrooms, each with an open wellness shower. High-quality natural stone is laid throughout the house, and there are real wood floors in the bedrooms. The furnishings are timelessly simple and yet typically rural with style-breaking highlights, such as pompous chandeliers in the bedrooms or extravagant pictures throughout the house. The secluded outdoor area, which is planted with tall trees and has a distinctive courtyard character and privacy due to its brick border, invites you to linger in the open air with its sun loungers, a grill station and a spacious dining area. The location of the vacation home is ideal for an infinite number of day trips and countless leisure activities: In just 30 minutes, for example, you can easily drive to Munich via the A 95 motorway, which is only 3 km away, and explore the state capital. For those who like to leave the car behind, there is a very good S-Bahn connection from Wolfratshausen to Munich every 20 minutes (travel time: about 40 minutes). A short hour's drive on the most beautiful routes the area has to offer will take you to the dream castle of Neuschwanstein, for example. In about 30 minutes you can reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen and in 20 minutes the city of Bad Tölz with its charming old town on a hillside. In just 5 minutes you can reach Lake Starnberg and the enchanting Oberambach castle estate with its blooming rose garden, where it is worth savoring the fabulous view over Lake Starnberg with coffee and cake. Lake Starnberg is not only known for its dreamy landscape with Alpine panorama, its location south of Munich and the memorial cross to King Ludwig II (he is said to have taken his life here by drowning in 1886), but also for its world cultural heritage, the Roseninsel. It is accessible by steamboat and should definitely be visited. Also not far away are the surfer's paradise of Lake Walchen, the noble Lake Tegernsee, the quaint Jachenau or the magical Krün, which was visited by President Obama and is located on a high plateau. You can explore a number of charming villages, towns and museums worth seeing, such as the "Buchheim Museum of Fantasy" in Bernried, the "Glentleiten Open Air Museum" above Großweil, which gives a comprehensive insight into the rural everyday life of the people of Upper Bavaria, or the nearby "Wolfratshausen Museum of Local History", which impressively presents the now 1000-year history of the city. For children, a visit to the world's first geozoo in the natural paradise Hellabrunn, a day trip to the adventure and leisure park "Skyline Park" in Bad Wörishofen or an exciting journey through a fairytale world in the "Freizeitpark Märchenwald" in Wolfratshausen, Farchet (only 5 minutes away) is particularly recommended. In our region you can experience Bavarian tradition, such as the nationally known raft rides from Wolfratshausen or local festivals, such as the world-famous Munich Oktoberfest. Golfers will find the most beautiful courses within 30 km: In just 5 minutes you can reach the Golf- und Landclub Bergramerhof and in less than 10 minutes the Golfclub Beuerberg with its breathtaking panorama. Also not far away you will find fantastic courses, such as the Isarwinkel Golf Club, the Bad Tölz Golf Club, the Munich-Riedhof Golf Club, the Tutzing Golf Club, the Hohenpähl Golf Club, and many more! The hiking possibilities are simply inexhaustible - you can also start hiking directly from the house, e.g. along the Pupplinger Au, down the Isar towards Munich, enjoying the most magnificent mountain and nature panorama and stopping off on the way to one of the traditional beer gardens with hearty brass music for "a pint and a wheat beer." If you want to go a little further and higher, you can visit the nearby Heimgarten, the Herzogstand or the picturesquely placed Tegernseer Hütte between the peaks of Roß- and Buchstein (our insider tip!). For children, a half-day trip to the Blomberg in Bad Tölz with summer toboggan run and high ropes course is particularly suitable. If you like it on the water, in addition to the numerous lakes, you can also visit one of the fun and recreational pools, such as the Therme Erding, the Therme Bad Wörishofen or the Alpamare Bad Tölz, and relax for a day in the wellness area or let off steam with the variety of slides and adventure pools. Cozy steamboat rides on Lake Starnberg, nearby Lake Tegernsee, Lake Kochelsee or Lake Walchensee are of course also a highlight. For beer lovers and connoisseurs of Bavarian delicacies, a day trip to Lake Tegernsee must be combined with a visit to the traditional brewery and restaurant "Herzogliches Bräustüberl Tegernsee" directly on the lake next to a magnificent castle church. Winter sports enthusiasts will find numerous ski resorts with fantastic postcard idyll, such as Lenggries, Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Achensee. In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails with a total length of around 200 km. A tour from Königsdorf (only 10 minutes away) through its extensive magnificent winter landscape is particularly recommended. The possibilities to create a varied vacation that meets the most diverse requirements are simply limitless. Ice cream parlors, cafes and inns, where you can still find really good and honestly homemade, baked and cooked food, can be found in abundance in the surrounding area. We, the Holdschik family, would love to host you and prepare an unforgettable vacation for you in our unique region.
