Charming cottage in the Perche/private pool

Our family country house is located in the quiet of a small hamlet in the middle of the fields. In fine weather, enjoy the heated pool (accessible from early May to late September). In the fall and winter, come and warm up by the fireplace. A good starting point to visit the Perche Regional Park and why not spend a day in Cabourg. Information: The rates displayed take into account the fall/winter (swimming pool closed) and spring/summer (swimming pool open) periods. The space The house is surrounded by a wooded and fenced garden of 1600 sqm, with a private heated and secure swimming pool (accessible from early May to late September). On the ground floor: - A large dining room with a wood stove open to a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (cooking piano, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ....). - A cozy lounge with a large wood burning stove, overlooking the outdoor pool (TV, Blu-ray, Bluetooth Hifi, board games...). - A bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine. Upstairs: - 3 beautiful independent bedrooms Bedroom 1: one queen bed and one desk Bedroom 2: one bed 140 Bedroom 3: Two 90 beds - Bathroom with balneo bath, shower, toilet. All linen, hand towels, bath mats, pool towels (seasonal) and tea towels are provided. In the fall and winter: Two wood-burning stoves (one in the living room and one in the kitchen / dining room). Wood is provided. In the summer, heated private swimming pool (access reserved exclusively for tenants): Swimming pool open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Pool size: 6 x 3.5m. Max depth 1.80m Sunbeds are available to enjoy the sun. The house is surrounded by a garden of 1600 sqm with trees and embellished with a large wooden terrace and a pergola. A great place to rest and enjoy a barbecue. Shops are an 8 min drive ( bakery, grocery store, butcher shop,...) and we are 15 min from Mortagne-au-Perche. Check-in and Check-out Times: - Weekend: check-in on Friday from 11 a.m. and checkout on Sundays before 5 p.m. - For stays longer than 3 nights, check in from 4pm and check-out at 11am We may authorize you on request early check in and/or late check-out depending on our availability. Housekeeping: Cleaning is included in the price of the rental. We just ask our guests to make the house generally tidy. Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire space, the garden, and the pool (during the opening period) For the respect of the place, its inhabitants and the neighborhood, it is forbidden to celebrate.
