Stand alone self contained private Pied-A-Terre with own entrance & garden, a truly unique quirky property in a most desirable area of Newcastle, jesmond/gosforth. Excellent metro links to Newcastle, Airport & the Coast. Easy access to city by metro or approx £8 by taxi, The property backs onto Jesmond Dene, Free parking, walking distance to Freeman hospital, Jesmond Dene House Hotel, this property may not be suitable for everyone ie staircase/partial height restrictions on mezzanine level. The space The property is a very unique, stand alone, private and quirky mini house, it has it own small garden, free parking outside the property. Lower ceiling height on the mezzanine level so if you are taller than 6ft then you may struggle, Hundreds of people have stayed here including someone who was 6ft 5 and didn’t have any issues , it really depends on the individual. The property backs onto Jesmond dene historic park and is located on the border of Jesmond & gosforth which is a most desirable area.The garden area is a real benefit in the summer months having sun until 6pm. I occasionally accept a pet however I do charge a pet fee as there is extra cleaning/sanitising associated with a pet stays, please make sure you inform me in advance that you intend to bring a pet and also make sure you include the pet fee on the booking site under extra charges. Guest access Guest has full access to the property and the private garden Other things to note Possibly not suitable for anyone over 6ft 2. Or for elderly people due to tight winded staircase. There is shared access of the main gate so you will share this with the people in the main house. Smoking is not permitted inside this property. No parties or extra guests, this accommodation is strictly ONLY for 2 people, any extra guests staying will be charged.
