Molera Country House (17 guests, entire property)

We are talking about a villa with a century of history, completely renovated with all kinds of comforts. We have 6 rooms with 5 double beds and 6 single beds, a total of 16 people. The exteriors are very nice, equipped with large terraces, a very large patio, a large pine forest, barbecue with wood oven and all the comforts to have a pleasant stay with family or group of friends. We have various games, petanque, badminton, cards, darts, ping pong, etc. The space We are located 150 meters from the Vinalopo River, so it is a very quiet place that invites you to take walks and enjoy relaxation. But if you prefer to change and put an end to relaxation, we are between Elda and Monovar, where there is a population of 130,000 inhabitants within a radius of 12 km. Alicante and Elche as larger cities are 25 minutes away with easy access to the highway, so you can find all kinds of services easily. But you can always return to the tranquility and comfort of the Villa in a few minutes. Guest access You have a large patio where it is very cool in summer, with a large table to eat outside, you have a kitchen with a living room and fireplace, where you are very comfortable in winter by the fire. Outside you have large terraces next to the pool (pool all at your disposal too), where there is a barbecue and a wood oven where you can make some very tasty pizzas. We have a garden and a large pine forest. There is an enclosed area of the house that can accommodate more guests. Expandable with one more room with 4 beds (designed for children) that we are renovating (total 12 guests). The house is designed for you to enjoy with family or friends. I live in another house 2 km from there in case you need me at any time. Other things to note Saturday market in Elda, Sunday flea market in Salinas (where you can find very interesting things at very good prices), Monday market in Monovar. You have all kinds of services a 5-minute drive away in Elda and Monovar (the villa is right in the middle of the two towns). As data of interest, the Moors and Christians festivals in Petrel in mid-May, the Moors and Christians festivals in Elda in early June, the patron saint festivals in Monovar from September 7 to 11, and the Alicante Bonfires from June 20 to 24. There are parties in the surrounding villages almost all summer.
