This wonderful home has 3 bedrooms and an open loft with a day bed that will transform into a king bed. The house has direct access to Bowman Beach, the nicest beach area on Sanibel Island. It is less than 1000 steps to the beach, approximately a 3 to 5 minute walk. There is a wagon to haul your beach gear the short walk to the beach. There are some beach items provided. The deck has a screened in portion overlooking the swimming pool. The space There is a king suite with large walk-in shower and bathroom. There is a queen suite with a shower and bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full tub/shower bathroom. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open with vaulted ceiling and large ceiling fans. Guest access There is plenty of room to park and garage access also.
