Living room and all 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The space "Darsena Ossuccio" is located just a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and within easy reach of the bus and walking routes around the lake. The ferry is located just a short 3 minute drive from the home. Wake up to the lake everyday from the master bedroom, enjoy breakfast on your private terrace and take in that view! This air conditioned villa features a lake view living room with two sofa's and a dining table. Three bedrooms, Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom plus a twin Bedroom. Two bathrooms in total in the home including the ensuite bathroom, both featuring a shower and wc. Kitchen with all mod cons, hall, Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in your private garden taking in the sun on the loungers or hire a boat and take to the lake waters, you've your very own private boat mooring. The home boasts secure parking for two vehicles. Pool opens May to September weather permitting. We will be happy to organise a private chef with wine's to match sourced from our favourite italian wineries plus cooking lessons at the home-please ask for details. Boat hire can be arranged on request as well as tours of the lake on a luxury boat with captain to explore prestigious villa's, dine at one of our favourite lakeside restaurants and visit the many hidden treasures here on Lake Como.
