The more adventurous will embark on white water rafting, paragliding, mountain biking, gliding or simply ride the Nive by bike, rollerblading or jogging. Enjoy good food and local specialties (Basque cake, Bayonne ham, Espelette pepper, chocolate, ...) Children can have fun in animal parks and attractions, discover nature and enjoy the sea. Enjoy the wonderful local cuisine and their specialties (gâteau basque, ham from Bayonne, Chili-powder from Espelette, chocolate,...). Go hiking in the Pyrenees or along the shore on the "sentier du littoral". The adventurers will probably decide for rafting, paragliding or mountain biking.
