Single-story villa with garden and private pool

The house can accommodate with its 4 bedrooms: 9 adults/children and the possibility of installing a baby crib to accommodate a baby. Outside, you can enjoy a fenced garden of 1,200 m2, a swimming pool secured by an electric shutter of 8 m x 4 m (depth: 1.40 m) and a large shaded terrace. The space The house has an area of 115 m2 and consists of: ‧ 1 large living room with open kitchen to dining room and living room ‧ 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) equipped with a shower room and toilet and with access to the pool ‧ 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) ‧ 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (double bed (140 cm) at the bottom and single bed (90 cm) at the top) ‧ 1 bathroom with bathtub and sink ‧ 1 separate toilet At your disposal: an electric plancha, outdoor furniture (sun loungers, deckchairs, armchairs, table, chairs, parasol...) 2 hammocks and games for the pool. Baby equipment on site: baby bed, highchair, bathtub, changing mat, plates and cutlery and potty. Air conditioning is in the main room, the bedrooms are not equipped with it but 3 of the 4 bedrooms are north facing. Guest access The house was renovated in 2020, all the amenities (furniture, bedding, appliances, decoration) as well as the swimming pool were installed that year. Only the garage is not accessible. Other things to note LINENS Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the rental. However, pool towels are not provided, so you will need to remember to bring your own. *** SWIMMING POOL I would like to point out that we cannot guarantee a certain water temperature, especially for stays in May, June and September because the pool is not heated. This will depend on the weather in the previous days, but be aware that it is equipped with an electric shutter that promotes the rise in temperature during the day and reduces the loss of heat at night. *** NUISANCE the house is not isolated, neighbors are nearby (see photo with aerial view). We simply ask that you respect the neighborhood by moderating the noise level, especially in the evening, after 10 p.m. We have had problems with disrespectful tenants and do not want to have this kind of problem again. *** CIVIL LIABILITY In order to ensure that you have civil liability that could cover any damage caused during your stay, you will be asked to provide a resort guarantee certificate. This is an extension of your home insurance that your insurer will issue to you free of charge.
