The space The villa can accommodate up to 11-12 people and has 4 beautiful double bedrooms with bathroom + 1 bedroom with a sofa bed (120x190cm)and two single beds, perfect for children or teenagers. In addition we have a cot (folding bed) suitable for a 12th guest. The Villa is available for families and groups of friends, NO groups of young or minor children. The furnishing of the house is an elegant combination of antique furniture and designer furniture, the ceilings are with whitened beams and the floors are in Tuscan terracotta. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room on the first floor. A large living room on the ground floor with fireplace and billiards will make your stay at Villa Spoianello unique. A small but well-equipped gym with bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with, treadmill, step and bench. The large kitchen overlooks the patio and the garden, where there is a large dining table, barbecue and table football. The very elegant swimming pool with dark mirrored bottom, is just a few meters from the house, and can be reached by crossing the garden. The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, measuring 4 x 13 meters and 1.40m deep. The pool is unheated and closed until 1st May 2022. Fruit trees and centuries-old oaks will be the backdrop for your relaxation for an unforgettable holiday in Chianti!
