Description
Pian della Chiesa is an idyllic 50-hectare estate immersed in a forest of pines, elms and oaks, intertwined with paths that run along the beautiful and steep Ligurian coast. It is located in the Montemarcello Natural Park in an ideal position to explore the villages of Liguria, Tuscany and to enjoy nature with trekking or cycling. You can enjoy a place among plants, vineyards and woods enriched with pet-friendly services, swimming pool, barbecue and much more. The space This stone villa can comfortably accommodate a family of 6. It is set in a private fenced garden of 4 hectares enriched with barbecue and outdoor furniture where there is also a beautiful private fresh water swimming pool (10m x 3m) built into the terraced slope and equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and a shower. All the rooms on the ground floor have French windows, making the external pergola and garden part of the daily use of the house and giving a very summery atmosphere. Entering from the large pergola you enter an elegantly furnished living room centered on an ancient fireplace, flanked by the corridor that leads to a well-equipped kitchen and an ancient glass and tableware display cabinet. From the kitchen a door leads to a bathroom and a double bedroom with high ceiling and French windows to the garden. On the upper floors there are 2 more double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. Guest access You will have exclusive access to Murella as well as a private parking near the accommodation and a 4 hectare fenced park. The 10X3 meter fresh water swimming pool is private. Flexible in-person check-in for any questions write to us we will answer immediately! Other things to note The surrounding woods were once all cultivated and are interwoven with beautiful dry limestone walls, so thick that they form elevated paths. We have carefully restored these old walls and reintroduced crops, carefully chosen to suit the landscape and situation. You will find fruit trees scattered around the older oaks and pines and small fenced fields of vegetable gardens, artichoke plants or potatoes. The houses have also received a new green life and are self-sufficient for both electricity and hot water, making this a very eco-friendly place to stay. We produce two excellent organic red wines “Margot” and “Margot Terrazze” and a rosé “Margottino” which you can taste in the cellar. Registration Details IT011016C22D7ZZZWF
