Penthouse in the historic center of San Sebastian

Our apartment is located right in the historic center of San Sebastián, on a pedestrian street. 300 meters from shops, cafes, and restaurants, and 500 meters from the beach. Fourth floor, no elevator! From its pleasant 50 m² terrace, you will enjoy stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains. It has a spacious living room overlooking the terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. TV and WiFi. The space Our penthouse is exceptional for its large terrace located on the third floor of an old bakery and facing south. It's sunny all day and has a large canopy to shelter you from the sun. There is a large table with four armchairs and a gas barbecue. We bet you'll have all your meals on the terrace, won't you? The bright, airy kitchen is fully equipped. It also has a table where you can have breakfast. We love to cook and leave at your disposal the spices and tools needed to prepare good dishes. The spacious living room opens onto the terrace, it has a sofa for four, two armchairs, a dining table and chairs. Internet TV gives you access to all Spanish, French, English and German channels (and more)! The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a hanging bed, a closet and a small desk; while the extra bedroom is significantly smaller and has a sofa bed for two as well as a small desk. The bathroom renovated in 2022 is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer are available for your use. The apartment is conveniently located: a five-minute walk from the bus station and the market, as well as from small supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, and from the beach. Ten minutes from the ferry dock and the luxurious Parador National at the top of the hill. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the flat roof where the laundry machine is located and where it is possible to hang laundry. Other things to note The penthouse is located on the third floor and the elevator is out of service: that's why we feel it is not suitable for children needing a stroller or for people with mobility difficulties. The second room is very small. It just has enough room for a sofa bed for two people, but the space is tight!
