Our cozy cottage, a former self-catering cottage (semi-detached house, 120 sqm) from the 1930s, is located in the middle of a 650 square meter garden property with terrace and fruit trees in a quiet residential area. It is located directly on the Riddagshausen landscape reserve and is only 10 minutes by bike from the city center. The open plan living-dining area on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden gives the house a bright, Scandinavian atmosphere. The space The ground floor (60 sqm) consists of an open living room (with sofa bed) with also open access to the dining kitchen and terrace, a bedroom (double bed 1.60 m), guest toilet and utility room. An open staircase leads to the upper floor (55 sqm) with a large bedroom (double bed 1.60 m, sitting area), a small bedroom (double bed 1.40 m) and the bathroom. Surrounding the house is the large garden with terrace and sitting area, a walnut tree, a cherry tree and two apple trees. Guest access The entire property (semi-detached house) is available to guests alone and exclusively.
