Since the house was built on a slope, the apartment is spread out on two levels. On the ground floor you will find: * an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen including fridge/ freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and much more, dining area and a living room with cozy sofa, internet TV and PS4 console including games. From here you have direct access to the terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as to the large, fully fenced garden. * 1 bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), dresser, closet * 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet * conservatory with pool table and foosball * a balcony and terrace A staircase leads to the lower part of the apartment in the garden floor and the following layout: * 1 bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) closet and dresser * 2 bedrooms each with 1 single bed (90cm x 200cm) closet and chest of drawers * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) closet and dresser * 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet * 1 bathroom with sink, bath, shower and toilet All bedrooms have direct access to the garden. Linen, towels and the use of the washing machine are of course included. There are two other apartments in the same building. However, the apartments are completely separate from each other. Only the house entrance and the staircase are shared. Guest access One day before arrival, our guests receive their personal access code for the front door. Other things to note Parking spaces are available to our guests on the property, right in front of the house. Dogs are welcome, but must be specified and confirmed by us. If you arrive with a baby, we will be happy to provide you with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.
