The Savannah Room features an adjustable base queen bed with decor from beautiful Savannah, Georgia, Roku TV, and a mini fridge. (Additional rooms are available, so other guests may be here during your stay.) The space Home was built new in December, 2016, in a brand new section of the neighborhood. Room is upstairs, with Wi-Fi ready, Roku TV, and a mini-fridge in the room. Bedroom is private, but bathroom is shared with a single, permanent tenant in another room, and possible guests in other bedrooms. Arrangements for access to other bathrooms in the house can be made. Absolutely no alcohol or tobacco is allowed anywhere in the house or on the property. Guest access While we welcome getting to know our guests and enjoy getting to know new friends, guests will NOT have access to other rooms or areas of the home outside of the reserved room and shared bathroom without approval from the owners. Please let us know if you'd like to visit during your stay. During your stay My wife and I, along with my mother are home frequently, and guests are welcome to join us in other areas of the home with approval. We have 2 small dogs who LOVE to bark at new people, but are harmless and friendly once they get to know you. I am self-employed, with a downstairs home office. The mother's bedroom and bath is downstairs. The master bedroom is also upstairs, with our own master bath. Our guest rooms are very comfortable and accommodating. Other things to note This is our home, so we will be moving throughout the house as normal families do. We, as might our guests, will be coming and going, so we may be around during your stay, and we may not. We may also stay up later than other guests socializing, watching TV, etc. We will endeavor to meet the needs and wishes of our guests.
