Cottage located on the edge of Lake Rochereau, consists of two bedrooms and a large mezzanine. A family kitchen as well as a beautiful living room: ideal for large families. Canoe, boat are at your disposal. Puy du Fou 30 minutes away 1 hr-1 hr 30 min: Poitevin marsh, coastline with its beaches including La Rochelle, Les Sables d'Olonne. For fishermen, direct access from the garden. The grounds and pontoon are shared with our second cottage. Change of scenery and tranquility assured. The space Ideal for nature lovers. Located on the shores of Lake Rochereau, it has direct access to the lake and a pontoon that even allows you to read quietly on it. Canoes and a boat are available to brighten your stay. Hiking enthusiasts will also be ideally located (the trails being organized around Sigournais). Fishermen will also be able to enjoy the lake and its fish, depending on the season. The grounds and pontoon are shared with another gite. We ask guests, especially fishermen, to allow access to vacationers from the adjacent cottage. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note We offer 4 accommodation rates: School holidays (except July - August) - from Saturday to Saturday: €500 or €71/night Summer period (from 05/07 to 21/08) - from Saturday to Saturday: 800€ or €114/night Off season (excluding school holidays and July - August ): €600 or €85/night Weekend (2-3 nights): €350 We do not host for 1 night only. Reservation only from Saturday to Saturday in summer. Check-in times and days can be flexible depending on the calendar. For fishermen, a fishing card is required. It's available at the Sigournais convenience store. Daily, weekly, or yearly card. In summer, conditions can be complicated for fishing and canoeing depending on the water level.
