This is a owner occupied house. The hosts live downstairs in the private unit below. Guests will have access to a safe entrance, central A/C, covered porch and cozy living room with french doors! This unit can accommodate up to 8 people. After 6 people, there is a $15 fee per person & an additional cot will be set up in living room. The 3 bedrooms include a queen size bed and a trundle daybed that sleeps two separately. Amenities include off street parking, WIFI, coffee/tea station, central A/C and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. There is a spacious porch with patio furniture which offers view of Hertel Avenue for your morning cup of coffee/tea and winding down with a glass of wine under the patio lights.
