Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom. The space Casa Melograno is located in the historical centre (near the Basilica of Santa Maria Della Neve) of the village. The neighbourhood is very peaceful with amazing views from the small streets. Casa Melograno has a romantic garden and is an ideal place to relax, read a book and enjoys your meals. For the colder seasons, Casa Melograno is heated with a wood stove. The warm air is distributed throughout the house so that every room is nice and warm. An extra supplement of €5,- per day is charged for the firewood which we will supply. Cuglieri is a small, traditional village that has everything you need: restaurants, a deli, a bakery, a butcher, coffee bars, and several supermarkets. Situated between the sea and the mountains, Cuglieri offers a variety of beaches along the coast and numerous hiking opportunities in the surrounding countryside. The route description will guide you to the Piazza Basilica where there is free parking. A tourist tax also applies for this accommodation. We will inform you about the rates and conditions.
