A modern restored villa just 10km from the medieval hilltop town of Todi. The house is surrounded by a garden and a pine grove as well as a stunning view on the Umbria countryside. Adjacent to the house there is a covered alfresco dining area as well as a private swimming pool nicely furnished with lounge chairs for sun or shade. The space Divided in two floors, the property can be rented as two private apartments, one on each floor, allowing flexibility for families travelling together, or as a whole by opening the connecting door. On the ground floor there is an entrance area, a living room with the fireplace, TV and a modern sofa, a large kitchen with a table that can host 14 persons. Garden and covered alfresco dining can also be accessed from this aerea. On the ground floor there are also 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath. The first floor is composed of a living room with brown leather sofas, a beautiful open fireplace, an open kitchen and a dining table for up to 10 guests.
