"Eleni's Family Villa" is a two-storey, four-bedroom villa built on a private 3-acre plot in Lagana, Zakynthos. It is located in a green environment surrounded by olive trees and gardens, offering an ideal holiday destination for families and couples.! The space "Eleni's Family Villa" is a two floor villa (280sqm.) at Lagana. This charming and delightful property is only 1.5km (15min walking) away from the beach. The spacious areas and backyard (3.000sqm.) are ideal for large families, barbecue parties (after request) and all social events (after request). The main entrance of the Villa is on the first floor. On this floor as you enter, you find on the left hand side the spacious living room with a LED TV, DVD player and a fireplace. The atmosphere is ideal for reading and relaxation. The big south balcony offers a quiet garden view. After entering on the right hand side, there is the dinning area with an open plan fully equipped kitchen ( electric cooker/ oven, microwave, fridge/ deep fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, juicer and all necessary cooking equipment), where you can prepare a quick meal or a luxurious dinner for your guests. Also on the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom that has access to the laundry room. The dinning area with the kitchen and the bedroom have access to the private swimming pool and garden. Going up the stairs to the second floor you will see three bedrooms: - The master bedroom with a king size bed, two arm-chairs\beds, its own bathroom and a walking in wardrobe. - A bedroom with a queen size bed (with a possibility to add one more sofa bed). - A bedroom with two big single beds. A second bathroom is also available on this floor. All the rooms have big private balconies that promise unobstructed view to the olive groves and the mountain!. The outdoor facilities of "Eleni's Family Villa" consist of an amazing garden, a swimming pool (50sqm), outdoor furniture, BBQ and a dinning area. The outdoor area of Eleni's villa promises tranquility as everyside of the Villa is surrounded by olive trees . It is your place to unwind and detox from your busy life.
