The space The Villa is a newly built farmhouse for 8 guests near Marsciano, designed by a well-known contemporary architect on the remains of a 17th-century Umbrian farm. Inside and outside, the authentic characteristics of the time have been respected, but the interior is finished with a beautiful modern and light style. This modern villa is the perfect place to stay and enjoy a beautiful infinity pool and indulge in the typical Umbrian summer. Guest access The Villa and pool are for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated in winter for an extra €50 per day. Other things to note The villa is rented with the basic equipment of sheets, blankets, bath linen, equipment and cleaning detergents. A lease agreement for temporary use is to be signed, as required by law. For check-in after 8 p.m., there is a surcharge of €40 until midnight, and €50 from midnight onwards.
