Only 3 kms from the Medieval centre of Anghiari where you can find many restaurants, shops and bars. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one ensuite. There are 2 sitting rooms, with a sofabed on the ground floor to accommodate extra guests by request, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room. Outside dining and BBQ area. The house is situated on a small complex of three properties. The owners family live in the other two houses which sit either side of the property. The house enjoys sole use of the gardens and swimming pool/Pergola area which is equipped with its own mini fridge and bathroom facilities. This perfect location is suitable for all ages whether you like exploring the nearby footpaths, cycling or nearby towns like Arezzo (20'), Florence (1hr 20'), Siena, Assisi and many more all within driving distance perfect for day trips. Our 15 meter infinity pool is the perfect spot to take in the sun and relax and dine by the pool. There is a BBQ area, sink and small fridge to store your cold drinks.
