Comfort, quiet and rest assured. The space The main house has 3 double en-suite bedrooms on the same level as the living room, dining room and kitchen (sleeps 6). Going down a staircase of about twenty steps to the pool level, there is a studio comprising a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children), a small kitchen and a bathroom (i.e. 3 to 4 beds). With family or friends, everyone has their own personal and private space. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the accommodation: living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, studio, pool, outdoor parking for 3 cars, except the garage. Other things to note Shops, markets, supermarkets and restaurants are located 4 km away in Santa Barbara de Nexe, 5 km away in Sao Bras de Alportel, 8 km away in Loulé and 15 km away in Faro. The house is 15 km from Faro, the airport, golf courses and the nearest beaches. Electricity is at the expense of the tenant in winter from 11/1 to 3/31. We read the meter upon your arrival and then on your departure. The current cost of KW in Portugal is 0.25 Euro. the payment is in cash to your checkout. The Portuguese authorities require us to register your presence on Portuguese territory. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide one ID per person, which we will forward to the SEF (Border Immigration Service). Upon your arrival, we will provide you with a few dishwasher tablets and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
