It's in a town with a surprising microclimate and pleasant temperatures all year round, with lots of charm, white streets and a castle. It's conveniently located 45 minutes from Granada and the Sierra Nevada or 30 minutes from Nerja or the Alpujarras... The space The house has 2 habitable floors and a solarium. 5 very spacious rooms, one of them on the ground floor with easy access, ideal for older people who cannot climb stairs. 3 bathrooms and a living room - open kitchen to enjoy all together at any time. The two patios are worth mentioning, the front one is ideal for breakfast and the large one in the back for fabulous dinners, where there is also a large grill. Guest access The house is on the corner and next to the pool. The pool, with lifeguard, is open from June 1 to September 30. The development is very quiet and has private access where children can enjoy all day without danger.
