Description

Charming stone villa with four bedrooms with bathroom, ideal for exploring the Dalmatian coast The space The charming Dalmatian villa was originally built in the 19th century and completely renovated in 2016 with a lot of love for detail, integrating modern facilities while preserving the authentic charm of the original building. The interior features exposed stone walls, wooden beams, large open spaces and a tasteful vintage style with furniture. Two levels share the 230 m² on a 1000 m² plot. On each level there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and flat-screen TV. The ground floor is divided into a spacious living area, an open kitchen and a large dining area, all with access to the outdoor terrace, with a 32 m² pool with sun loungers, swings for the little ones and a well-kept garden. A gym, barbecue area and covered outdoor dining table are at your disposal. With four double rooms, eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. The Oliva holiday home is located in a small village of Podlug, just 20 minutes away from the sea and Biograd na moru. Biograd na Moru, home to one of the largest marinas in Croatia, is at the top of the list as one of the most popular destinations in Croatia. While Biograd itself has a lot to offer, it is indeed perfectly located to explore the larger cities in the east and west such as Zadar and Šibenik as well as the island of Pašman and the Kornati National Park. Beautiful, clear, shallow gravel and sand beaches are on offer. While you are here, be sure to visit the city museum, which houses the remains of the Venetian ship that was sunk here in the 16th century, and take a walk along the marina while admiring the beautiful exhibition of sailboats, take a seat in one of the local restaurants and enjoy a daily catch with a glass of delicious Dalmatian wine. Other things to note For transparency: please pay a 300 euro deposit directly to the host upon arrival and it will be returned upon departure, subject to inspection. A friendly pet is allowed with a booking fee of 70 euros per week, please inquire about details. Please no groups under 25 years old.
