Description
The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location. The space Our aim when doing up the barn was to create a real home from home, providing every comfort we could think of – from Lavazza espresso coffee machine to Neff hide & slide oven (made famous on Bake Off!) to an extremely comfy mattress and fluffy towels. Guest access Entire barn plus access to 3 acres of land, which includes a wooded copse. Other things to note The sauna is in a separate building where there is an area to lie on loungers and relax in an extremely warm, underfloor-heated environment. A cold rain shower in the same building means you can have the hot and cold experience. All this is reached easily from the barn (down a path and few steps). There is a decking around this building which affords views over the valley.
