Beautiful House and Pool at the gates of Morvan

Very beautiful family home with pool. Located at the gates of Morvan, our property consists of three independent living spaces which allows several families to enjoy each of their own home. Guests can enjoy a 1.5 hectare park and a private pool. Absolute calm and ideal location to enjoy the activities of Morvan National Park close to the tourist beauties of the region: Vezelay, Semur-en-Auxois, Époisses, MuseoParc d 'Alesia, etc. The space 30 minutes from Montbard TGV station, 15 minutes from Avallon , 10 minutes from the A6 motorway, our house is two hours from Paris by car. Guest access The entire property is accessible for travelers Other things to note In July and August, a minimum 7-night stay from Saturday to Saturday. Linens (sheets and towels) are not included in the booking rate but can be provided as an option and upon request in advance for an amount of €100 for all beds. Our property is ideal for 9 or 10 adults accompanied by children. We cannot accommodate 15 adults as some beds are suitable for children. We will offer flexible check-in and check-out whenever possible. However, if two groups have to arrive and leave on the same day, we will ask for a check-out before 10:00 a.m. and a check-in from 5:00 p.m.
