A 2 bedroom house in a scenic fishing village, with a large garden, huge veranda, sea view and direct beach access from the house. Only 30 meters from the beach. Main veranda faces the beach and the sea, a smaller one faces the hills. Equipped with everything you need. Beach bar nearby June to end of August. Empty plots of land on the north and south side, the east faces trees and the beach, on the west there is the garden. Private, but shops and restaurants are only a three minute walk away! The space The beach house is located only 30 meters from the beach. It has a large garden, two verandas, one looking towards the mountain, the other larger one (over 50 sq meters) towards the beach. Mostly protected from the sun by huge eucalyptus trees, it stays cool even during the hot summer months. It has wifi, air conditioning, smartTV, secure parking, and a children friendly garden. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom two single beds. Two sofas in the living room seat 5 persons. One of the sofas opens up into a bed for one more guest. Within walking distance (3 minutes) from the marina of the village, which is surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, children play ground, hotels and supermarket. The beach is made up pebbles and sand and it is not overpopulated. You can walk from your veranda straight to the beach via a back gate. Guest access A large sliding gate is located at the entrance of the property, accessed from the main road. Private parking is available on the lawn of the property. Alternatively you can park at the back of the house and enter the property through it's back gate. The property is a 3 minute walk from the village marina, with several restaurants, a pizzeria, coffee shops, a children play ground, plus a couple of hotels and two supermarkets. You can walk from the veranda at the back of the house straight to the beach (or to the marina and the village) via a back gate. Other things to note Aghios Andreas is a lovely fishing village. It is conveniently located for day trips and sightseeing, as well as for enjoying the beach life. Kalamata airport is only 35 minutes away from the property and 40 minutes from Kalamata. Koroni is a 15 minute drive, and other places of interest (Ancient Messini, Methoni, Pylos, the famous Golden Beach, Nestor's Palace, ecc) are less than one hour drive. Further afield you can visit Mani, Ancient Olympia, Athens, and more. Outdoor activities are available year round. In addition to water sports during the summer months you can go hiking, cycling, horse back riding, enjoy cultural events such as concerts, theatre and dancing, and attend local village celebrations. If you enjoy shopping you can visit Kalamata's gypsy market (which takes place every Thursday morning), or visit the shops at the city's high Street. Every Friday you can visit the Farmer's market, located in Petalidi, a nearby village. You can also buy fish every morning straight from the fishermen at Petalidi. Registration Details 00000017100
