The vacation home "Fachwerkhaus mit Charme" is located in the Andel district in the immediate vicinity of Bernkastel-Kues and is classified F****DTV. The listed half-timbered house typical of the Moselle was built around 1700. It was renovated with a lot of personal effort and is now available as a vacation home. Despite the modernity inside, it has not lost its charm of the old walls. We would like to cordially invite you to spend your most beautiful hours of the year with us. The space The vacation home The living space of the vacation home is about 95 square meters. About 50 m from the house is a garden where you can relax and also barbecue. Amenities Ground floor In the entrance area / hallway there is a wood-burning stove. There's a guest toilet there, too. You will also find the cozy living room with TV (40 inches), DVD player and stereo system. You will also find a large kitchen with a fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with: Electric stove with ceramic cooktop Dishwasher Microwave Separate fridge/freezer combo Filter coffee machine Senseo machine Toaster Washer & Dryer Top floor Upstairs is bedroom I with double bed, living area and TV as well as an attached bathroom (shower/toilet). Also bedroom II with a small sitting area and TV as well as the adjacent daylight bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is a matter of course. Your bicycles can be accommodated in the lockable barn. A built-in central ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate in the house. Guest access The center of the vacation home is the large and spacious kitchen. Here you can enjoy cozy evenings with a glass of wine. Other things to note Dear guests! The city of Bernkastel-Kues will charge a guest fee of 1.70 euros/night per person from 01/01/2025. This guest fee is payable in cash upon arrival. You will receive a guest card, whereby you will receive discounts or bonuses in the city area at various wineries, shops and restaurants. Children and adolescents up to 18 years of age as well as people with disabilities and their companions are exempt from the guest fee.
