The space Our 157 square metre holiday flat combines rustic charm with modern comfort. 500-year-old beams meet high-speed Internet (250/500 MBit) and a top-equipped kitchen. WLAN and Ethernet are available in all rooms, plus an 11 KW charging station for electric cars. The 50 square metre living room with integrated kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy the company. The wood-burning stove (wood included) creates a cosy atmosphere. If you want to retreat or put the children to bed, the 4 bedrooms are the perfect place to do so. The flat is ideal for 7 people, but can also accommodate 8 if necessary. Two modern bathrooms - one with a shower and large bathtub for a relaxing bath for two, the other with an additional shower - and the sauna in the garden round off the offer. The kitchen? Perfect for amateur chefs - with induction hob, coffee selection (Senseo, Tchibo capsule, French press) and an extensive selection of spices (approx. 30 different varieties) to round off every dish. You won't miss the spaetzle slicer or the original Bavarian roasting tin :-) Thanks to the altitude of over 600 metres, the summer nights are pleasantly cool. And if you don't feel like cooking? There are numerous restaurants in the area - from cosy inns to fine dining, all within 2 to 15 minutes. Across the road, a Bavarian beer garden offers delicious food. There are plenty of parking spaces - arrive relaxed and enjoy your stay! If you like animals, you'll love Rammingen: Cows, horses, goats, ostriches and alpacas are right on the doorstep. Outside, there is a 2000 square metre garden with mature trees, a sauna and a fireplace with a large swing barbecue - wood is of course provided free of charge. Indoor barbecue? No problem in the covered porch. You can even stay online in the garden: fast WLAN makes it possible. And if the weather doesn't play ball, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, table tennis and darts provide entertainment. Rammingen is a small village where you can take a deep breath and relax. No hip bars, no designer stores - but fresh country air, lush meadows, rustic beer gardens and: Bavaria's largest amusement park, Skyline Park, just around the corner! Despite the rural idyll, everything is taken care of: you will find a surprisingly wide range of shopping opportunities within a five-minute radius. Right next door is Bad Wörishofen - known as the home of Pastor Kneipp and for its soothing spa treatments. If you prefer to enjoy tropical flair, the Südseetherme spa is the place to be - an offshoot of the world's largest thermal spa in Erding, just four kilometers away. The train chugs into Munich every hour - perfect for a trip to the big city. But hand on heart: without a car, it's a bit of a hassle here. But with a car, the beautiful Allgäu is at your feet. Our tip: don't expect too much - and let yourself be surprised. There's more hidden between the cow pastures and beer garden romance than you might think!
