Its position gives it a fantastic view of the Lake Garda which you can enjoy from most areas of the house, the pool and the garden. The access to the property is through a gate on the street level where you can also enter an ample 2 car garage. A 1st flight of stairs brings us to the garden level where there is a large covered terrace with a wonderful lake view and the wonderful PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. Next to the pool there is a service toilet with shower. Also the pool has an electric cover which is very useful to maintain the water hot also during the evenings and in mid season. A 2nd flight of stairs brings us to the entrance of the house that is in a fantastic panoramic position. We enter in the living room with glass doors that look on the lake and a charming old chimney. The kitchen is separate from the living room (it has been renovated in 2012) and it is fully equipped with all dishes and utensiles you need to cook.
