Welcome to Chalet Paradis. Heaven for climbers and nature lovers, you will love it! Ideally located at the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, in the middle of the best climbing sites. Chalet Paradis can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. It has also 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen opening on the dining room. Beautiful and large garden with a terrace and a sheltered pergola. Your kids will love the toys (indoors/outdoors) left at their disposal. All this only 1h away from Paris. The space At Chalet Paradis, previous guests have especially liked: - The ideal location amongst the best climbing and hiking sites of the Fontainebleau forest. If you are looking for climbing or hiking activities, don't look further, you are in the right place! During your stay, you can borrow (for free) two crash pads from the chalet. - The large and well kept garden, with its stone terrace perfect for barbecues and afternoon naps, as well as a beautiful sheltered wooden pergola overlooking the surrounding nature - Indoor and outdoor toys and games (wooden kid hut, swing set, board games, garden toys...) that your kids will love - The various and fun activities in the Fontainebleau area : plenty sports to do in our big forest (hiking, cycling, climbing, horse riding, canoeing), the royal town of Fontainebleau and its famous castle, the picturesque villages of Barbizon and Milly la Foret. Last but not least, the possibility to organize easy one-day trips to magical Paris and the Disneyland Paris theme parks (both of them approximately 1 hour away by car or train) - The chalet itself. Built in the pure alpine tradition, spacious, very cosy and fully equipped. It includes 3 double rooms decorated with taste, in a "clear wood" style. On the ground floor, a first room with a double bed (140 cms) and a second one with 2 single bunk beds (90 cms each). The room with the bunk beds is accessible only through the first bedroom. A bathroom (bath, shower, toilet) is available next to these 2 bedrooms. On the first floor, a third room with a large bed (160 cms) and a sofa. A second bathroom (bath, shower, toilet) is located next to the living room. The fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cutlery, dishes, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, gas cooker, oven & microwave) opens up to the alpine-style living and dining room (dining table for 6 people, sofas, television and DVD player). Chalet Paradis offers you also great outdoor equipment. A beautiful wooden pergola overlooks our garden and the surrounding countryside. Equipped with table and chairs, it is a great spot for eating sheltered from sun... or rain. At garden level, another stone terrace, with evening lighting, awaits you for a sunny lunch or a well-deserved rest in a deckchair. Children will also love our swing and garden toys. We look forward to welcoming you, The owners of "Chalet Paradis" Guest access As guests of Chalet Paradis, the whole chalet and garden are yours (the owners don't live on site). The garden is fenced and secure for children. You can park up to 2 cars in the garden. Other things to note - A small grocery store in available in the village (5 minutes by foot) - Next to the chalet, a restaurant (for quality meals) and a pizzeria/bar (including take away) await you - Crash pads for climbing can be rented at the next door pizza place
