House on the waterfront, direct access to the beach, 12 people

Facing the sea, our large 5-bedroom house located in a small private residence, welcomes you for stays with family or friends, in the natural and preserved setting of Pen-Bé Bay. Here everything is within walking distance: beach, coastal walks, salt marshes. The calm, space and direct ocean view make it an ideal home all year round. The beach and GR 34 are at the end of the garden. Enclosed garden of 500 m² that surrounds the entire resort. The space The Home: Large bright living room with sea view, comfortable living room equipped with a large fireplace, dining room for 12 people and well-equipped kitchen for family stays. Rooms: On the ground floor - 1 Bedroom with 2 simple beds and shower room - 1 independent WC Upstairs - 2 bedrooms with sea view and 2 single beds - 1 bedroom with sea view and 2 single beds (but fixed). - 1 bedroom with sea view, 1 double bed (160) and 2 single beds. - 2 baby cots available. All bedrooms come equipped with duvet, extra blanket and square pillows. - 1 bathroom equipped with a bath, shower screen and toilet. -a workspace on the landing In the garage: - a shower for beach returns. - a second fridge/freezer. - BBQ - garden furniture - 2 bikes - fishing gear on foot - etc Our house is open year-round. Minimum of 2 nights outside of school holidays. Linens (sheets, towels...) are not provided but can be rented with delivery and pick-up at home with LOCLINGE LA BAULE 44500 Guest access Guests have the entire house. Check-in and Check-out are autonomous (lockbox). During a school holiday period, we rent weekly with check-in on Saturday around 4 p.m. and check-out the following Saturday at 10 a.m. For a weekend, 2 nights minimum, check-in is on Friday from 4 p.m. and check-out at the end of the day on Sunday (5 p.m.). Other things to note Your pets will be welcome as long as they don't go in the rooms and the garden is respected and cleaned by their owner!
