The spacious Georgian period property was renovated by architects & offers 4 large bedrooms on 3 floors with very big kitchen & vast living areas. There are 3 good modern bathrooms & a small back garden. A beautiful tranquil area with local amenities & easy travel routes to central Dublin & sites of interest. 1gb WIFi The space This beautiful late Georgian Town House spreads over several floors and has been lovingly renovated by architects to update the beautiful period detail with modern facilities. The three levels of the house feature 4 very large double bedrooms, two of which feature king size and super-king size beds along with wardrobes and lots of space. Period features including beautiful Georgian windows and indoor fireplaces have been incorporated into the renovation and give the home great charm and unique style. Windows throughout the house give oodles of light and offer beautiful views over the charming tree-filled local area and the country beyond. The house offers access to a small mature back garden space offering much needed private outdoor space perfect for catching a bit of sun. There is an outside glasstop table and 6 comfortable chairs perfect for al fresco dining! This is accessible through the kitchen and also by a charming spiral staircase leading to a balcony from one of the lower level bedrooms. Bedrooms are all of a very similar good size and spread over the multiple floors of the house, with great views and period features. The master bedroom at the top features a sumptuous family sized bathroom featuring views over the green countryside surrounding Dublin. With large living space on the lower two floors the house offers superb communal space for families or groups of friends who want to stay in Dublin and enjoy time together. The very big kitchen gives space for home cooking and you have the choice of a large informal dining space on the ground floor, or a more formal dining area with period dining table on the upper 1st floor. The living room has comfortable seating for a big group and a large flatscreen TV with a connected Netflix account available for your use. There is superfast WIFI (1gb Virgin Media connection - the fastest in Ireland) with a Gooogle Nest system that ensures it reaches the whole house. Smart Speakers have muted microphones by default by are available to use if you wish. Aside from the en suite with bath and views, the house features 2 other generous modern bathrooms with powerful electric showers - one one the lower ground level and the other at the very top of the house. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 across the 4 large rooms, an extra pullout single bed can be setup for 1 extra guest in one of the larger bedrooms by request (9 guests total). We also have a travel cot & high chair that can be setup by request for families (please let us know in advance if you require these) As a late Georgian period property home is over 150 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint ageing and charm both inside and outside Guest access This is an entire property listing and as such the whole space will be yours during your stay. Other things to note Please note we have 2 'Ring' doorbell cameras that monitor outside front door areas only (upper and lower front exterior areas). These are switched on and recording at all times...These have been installed for your security and safety. There is fast WIFI with a Gooogle Nest 'Mesh' system that ensures it reaches the whole house. Smart Speakers are available on the Nest 'points' to use if you wish to do so. Please note, we do not have any on-site parking or residents parking permits. So if bringing a car note that parking would be up to you to organise. There is limited pay and display on street parking in the surrounding streets (generally up to 3 hours max periods, though this can be renewed using their app). We have fantastic public transport options and because parking is generally difficult throughout Dublin advise all guests to come without where possible or organise longer term parking options.
