The house is one of three located within the Atalaia estate, a family property located next to the Tenagua mountain slope (Puntallana), a privileged enclave 10 minutes from the island's capital and 20 minutes from the airport; the house has private parking and access to the estate's common areas, shared by the other two houses, which offer a swimming pool, spa, barbecue, gardens, and pickleball court. It is a perfect place for families and groups of hikers, who can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire bay of Santa Cruz de La Palma, being able to see the islands of La Gomera and Tenerife, surrounded by large green spaces and gardens. Overview: The house has a total of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with a single bed. All of them have built-in closets. In the house there are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower, located on the ground floor; and another with a bathtub, scale and hairdryer on the upper floor, next to the bedrooms. Also on the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and sofas, as well as a hall and a cozy kitchen with an extendable wooden table. On the other hand, outside the living room, you can enjoy the wonderful views in the shade of a fantastic wooden pergola, under which there is a set of armchairs, chairs and a table for an outdoor meal or drink. Upstairs there is a private porch with a chill-out space, sheltered from the breeze, and with direct access to the shared common area of the pool, spa, and gardens. Entertainment: The property is equipped with Spanish TV (DTT), Chromecast 2.0 to enjoy all the content of your mobile or tablet and Internet with WiFi connection (free). In addition, the house has a Newtonian reflector telescope for enjoying nighttime astronomy, one of the great attractions of the island of La Palma. NOTE: telescope not available from March 22-30, 2024. For music lovers, there is an Epiphone Les Paul electric guitar. Amenities: The house provides bed linens and towels. It has a washing machine, iron with ironing board, radiators, and all the necessary kitchenware for the guest to have a pleasant stay. Kitchen: It is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Outside: In the common area, the guest will find a swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with lighting. This, in turn, has outdoor showers, as well as an attached bathroom/dressing room. Next to the pool, there is a spa (hot tub at 38ºC) that accommodates up to 6 users. The entire stay is equipped with reclining sun loungers and a covered pergola with a set of armchairs to relax between baths. This bathing and relaxation area is surrounded by natural grass and pavement that combines stone and wood, seasoned with small decorative gardens. In the common area there is also a barbecue with grills, a sink and a large table where you can enjoy a meal in the middle of the gardens. In this area there is also a pickleball court with the appropriate equipment for practicing this new sport.
