Hot Tub located overlooking loch with communal bar with fire pit under 7m Gazebo with BBQ . Large dining conservatory with open plan kitchen. Large communal separate garden games room with pool table, air hockey, darts and playstation . The space Unique tranquil loch front setting in the Arrochar Alps located only 45 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, or 55 minutes from the Ski Centre in Glencoe. A spacious house consisting of three 2 bedrooms, large lounge with panoramic views only 10 ft from the waters edge at high tide. Large dining conservatory and kitchen with walk in pantry. All bedrooms have flatscreen tv's, the kitchen has a 32 inch and the living room has a 52 inch plasma. You simply will not find a better waterside location. The only thing we overlook is the view ! Guest access Guests have sole access to the house and hot tub and can access the beach via stairs to the front of the property. Should you wish to arrange a party please feel free to contact the owners regarding advance decorationg prior to your arrival, we can also assist with fireworks for that special celebration whether birthday or anniversary ! Large communal garden games room with pool table, airhockey, darts and playstation etc. children must have adult supervision. Oudoor bar seating area with gas fire pit is communal and may be booked for exclusive use 2 nights per week ! booking in advance for special occassions may be made, area has fire pits and gas patio heaters for winter use. We also have kayaks and small boats available for fishing or messing around on the water ! Other things to note Ski or snowboard at Xcape Braehead 40 min drive, also has mutliscreen cinema facilities. Hot tub, fishing and boating !
