On our former farm, we offer a high-quality vacation home to relax and feel good. Loccum is in a rural location in the immediate vicinity of Steinhuder Meer (12 km), which is an excellent holiday destination. We warmly welcome everyone! The space The property has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 6-7 beds, and a crib is also available. In addition to a fireplace, a foosball table and a 50-inch smart TV, the accommodation offers various amenities and cozy and appealing furnishings to feel comfortable. In the rooms there are small seats available or a small workplace if the hustle and bustle in the living area gets too big. Total size of the property: around 110 sq.m The accommodation is spread over three levels. The entrance area with a wardrobe is on the first floor. A staircase leads to the spacious living area with TV, sofa, dining area for 6 people, fireplace and foosball table. From the living area, a small staircase leads to the open kitchen. Here you will find a high-quality fitted kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher and a small seating area. 2 refrigerators provide storage space for supplies. A washing machine and iron are provided. All rooms lead off from the central bright and friendly living area. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub and a floor-level shower. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in the cozy and modern bathroom. In the summer months, there are various seating areas on the farm grounds to linger in. A magnificent view over meadows can be enjoyed; an unobstructed view at sunset included. Sheep, chickens, horses and cows on meadows are in the immediate neighborhood and look forward to friendly visits at the fence. A parking space is available for bicycles. We also offer the possibility to charge bicycle batteries. Free parking is available. For electric cars, we have self-produced electricity (not included). The place is located on the country road. The view, amenities and location of the farm compensate for the partial road noise. We are open-minded people and are looking forward to welcoming you. We welcome everyone; for example, yoga friends who use our seminar and exercise room and the little “Puttfarkenkinder” of the nursery who have moved their headquarters into our old pigsty. As locals, we can give lots of tips and information. We always have information about excursion destinations available in the accommodation.
