Magnificent 2 BR with Terrace and Air Conditioning

Our apartment with Air Conditioning is located inside the historical center of the Medieval town of Montepulciano. It is a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, fruit store, bakery, Wine Cellars, supermarket, and other beautiful sites. It is also a 5 minute walk from the language school IL SASSO. The town has festivals during the summer season with Medieval parades and concerts throughout the town. Montepulciano is also close to other beautiful Tuscan towns and cities. The space Our apartment has such a warm and inviting feel to it. There is lots of natural light throughout the apartment. It is a two level duplex apartment which we have renovated and updated. It has two bedrooms with Queen Size Beds, a Large Living Room/Kitchen and Dining Room. We have purchased new mattresses for both bedrooms, new linens and plush new towels. Both bathrooms are recently renovated. We have installed FIBER OPTIC WIFI as well. The private terrace is an amazing space where our guests can sit and relax after a long day of touring. We have installed a new seating area. The views of the Tuscan Countryside from our Terrace are amazing. The terrace is only for my guests staying in our apartment. It is not accessible from any of the other apartments in the building. Apartment has a Washer and Dryer. Guest access The guests will have use of the entire apartment and the private terrace. Other things to note There is a free parking area a short walk from apartment. There is also a wonderful Bar/Cafe a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
