The condo is NEW, constructed in 2014! It includes high end appliances and granite. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There are three bedrooms with the following arrangements: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed, Sitting Area, Walk in Closet, Balcony Access, 50" HD TV, On Suite bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub, Shower and Two Vanities Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, Access to Shared main bathroom, Beach View Guest Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds, Beach View Main Living Area - Queen Sleeper Couch Guest access Guests will have access to all of the rich condo complex amenities including: 2 pools, hot tubs, 2 club houses, gym, sauna, tennis courts, bocce ball, putting green, rentals for bikes - surf boards - beach toys and essentials - tennis rackets - etc. (one time $20 fee), shuffle board, covered parking for 1 vehicle and ample parking outside for all others, theater room, private deeded beach access with cross walk 5 minutes from condo (walking) Other things to note No pets allowed
