The apartment Federica is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside. The apartment of 100 sqm is located on the first and second floor of one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse. The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter swimming pool which all guests can enjoy. The space The first floor of the apartment comprises: living room with dining table, two sofas, open fireplace, cable-TV and kitchenette (4-burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher); one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. The second floor comprises: a further double bedroom and one triple bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower/bidet/WC. Allocated outside table and chairs are positioned conveniently at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, gas heating and fans in all bedrooms. Guest access Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory.
