4 Bedroom House with parking for 2 cars

Set in a private country estate with 350 acres of farmland, parkland and woodland along with a private beach. The Rousdon Estate is a 10 minute drive to both Lyme Regis and Seaton and the perfect spot for exploring both East Devon and Dorset. The house has 3 double bedrooms ( 2 ensuite ) and 1 bunk bedroom ( not suitable for adults ) and a further mezzanine bedroom with a single bed. The house has a 50 foot garden and a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are allowed The space A large kitchen diner adjacent to the lounge area with the added benefit of a downstairs cloakroom/ toilet. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor with 2 having ensuites both with showers. The main bathroom has a bath and located next to the master bedroom with the bunk bed room adjacent to the second and third double bedrooms. The mezzanine floor has a day bed and a study area. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a charcoal BBQ and patio table and chairs. We are allowed 2 well behaved dogs and the garden is secure but small and determined dogs could get under the gate if unsupervised. We provide a basic welcome pack that makes sure you can get a well earned cup of tea or coffee on arrival along with a biscuit to starve off hunger pains until your able to get the main shop done. The beach is accessed via a steep path down with some steep and narrow steps and will take about 35 mins walk but it is worth the trip down and up and has no vehicle access so not suitable for those with difficulty walking or pushchairs. Guest access The house and garden are available to you and you alone with the rest of the estate walks and grounds along with the beach available to you and your guests and other visitors and residents of Rousdon Estate. Other things to note A car is necessary as there is a bus service to and from Seaton to Lyme Regis with the bus stop being located at the entrance to the estate but there is no local shop / public house within walking distance.
