"Le Réveillon" Gîte

Welcome to the Réveillon Gîte in Neuville sur Sarthe :) We invite you to the countryside in Neuville sur Sarthe in this beautiful barn converted into stone, bright offering 13 beds (extra beds possible), you will find comfort and space. For all your events or trips 10 minutes from Le Mans city center. Bed linen and sound system provided, charges included, cleaning package possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us, we adapt to all requests. The space The gîte has 13 beds spread over 1 bedroom and 2 dormitories. The beds are composed of 5 double beds and 3 single beds. The large bedroom has private access, toilet and private bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, they also have a car park, a large gravel courtyard and a private garden of 1000 m² Other things to note We live there in another farmhouse building. We offer a cleaning package at €80 to be paid on site, you can also do it yourself. A deposit check will be requested upon arrival at the premises. Preferential rate for workers on the move, don't hesitate to ask us about New Year's Eve.
