"Le Réveillon" Gîte

Welcome to Gîte Réveillon in Neuville sur Sarthe:) We invite you in the countryside in Neuville sur Sarthe in this beautiful stone barn, bright offering 13 beds (extra beds possible), you will find comfort and space. For you all your events or trips 10 minutes from Le Mans city centre. Bed linen and sound system provided, charges included, cleaning fee possible. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will adapt to any requests. The space The gite has 13 beds spread over 1 bedroom and 2 dormitories. Sleeping arrangements are composed of 5 double beds and 3 single beds. The large bedroom has private access, toilet and en-suite bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, they also have car parking, a large gravel yard and a private garden of 1000m² Other things to note We live there in another farmhouse building. A €80 cleaning fee is possible but not required Preferential rate for traveling workers, do not hesitate to consult us gitereveillon.
