In a quiet residence, overlooking a rocky beach and the Mediterranean sea, it makes for the perfect location for an unforgettable holiday. The exterior is the main attraction of the house, with sea views terrace, equipped with dining area, lounging area, sun lounges in the green grass garden, barbecue and external shower (hot water). A veranda, extending from the lounge, creates a harmonious continuum between the interior and exterior of the villa. The veranda leads into the living area and through to the kitchen and to both bedrooms.
