Beautifully restored stone barn in lovely village

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks. The space The Barn has been beautifully restored to a high standard. Set in the grounds of our lovely 17th century cottage, it has an oak door entrance and patio doors opening to a flag stoned patio area with table and chairs. There is a large living room area with sofas, TV and a wood burning stove. The kitchen/diner has a Mercury cooker, marble work tops and a pine table and chairs. There is a lovely Fired Earth bathroom and a bedroom with a White Company double bed, oak bed side tables and a vintage mirrored wardrobe. The property is a perfect place to relax in a peaceful setting and enjoy the local countryside. The village pub ‘The Queens Arms’ and the cafe ‘Wythmails’ are very popular in the area as they both serve great food. Guest access There is off road parking available for one car. Other cars can park in the quiet road just outside the driveway. The rear garden is not available for guests, however you are able to use the patio area of the Barn or the front garden area. Other things to note We have a cocktail bar in the barn. Please help yourself to a drink or two :).
